Research of ICT usage in SME’s

NAMMIS realises that to provide class leading system solutions to small and medium sized organisations (SME’s) you need to understand your customer’s needs and issues fully. We believe that this is a first for NAMMIS and demonstrates our commitment to delivering solutions that meet you, the customers needs.

NAMMIS is collaborating with Royal Holloway University of London to complete this research. The national survey builds on the success of a regional survey of the use made of ICT by small and medium sized firms in the Thames Valley region. This national survey, by Dr David Barnes, Dr Romano Dyerson and Dr G. Harindranath from the School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London builds on the success of earlier collaborative work with colleagues at Brunel and Kingston University encapsulated in the previously published 'Abandoned Heroes' report by Westfocus.
