The SAP Business One Support Consultant role is key within NAMMIS providing a dedicated first class support service to our growing client base. Additionally the role holder will also get involved in aspects of client projects during implementations. The expected career path will be to Implementation Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Primary first line support contact for clients
• Provide remote support to clients via telephone, e-mail, remote internet connection
• Liaise with Nammis Consultants and SAP to provide innovative solutions to client issues
• Maintain support call log using SAP Business One
• Assist on client projects as required

Background & Key skills

• The role would suit a recent Business Studies, Accountancy, Management, Economics, Information Technology or Computer Science graduate but the right person is more important
• Full SAP Business One training will be provided
