The SAP Business One Development Consultant role is key within NAMMIS providing focused vertical solutions using the Software Development Kit. Additionally the role holder will also get involved in aspects of client projects during implementations, be able to develop specific software add-ons and assist with the development of NAMMIS' internal IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software applications that integrate with SAP Business One via SDK that support client needs and expand the SAP Business One offering to additional verticals.
  • Liaise with Nammis Consultants and SAP to provide innovative solutions to client issues.
  • Assist on client projects as required.
  • Maintain and support the development of Nammis' internal infrastructure.

Background & Key skills

  • The role would suit a recent Computer Science graduate, full SAP Business One training will be provided.

Must have:

  • Knowledge in object-oriented software development and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003/2005
  • Knowledge in at least on of the following development languages: Microsoft Visual Basic, .NET, Borland Delphi, C/C++, Java
  • Understanding of relational database management systems, e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
  • Very good experience of Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2003

  • Unix or Linux knowledge
  • Build, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop pre-qualified leads into full business opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate the SAP Business One solution to prospective clients
  • Understand the key business requirements in relation to SAP Business One
  • Complete Invitation-To-Tender and Request-For-Information presentations
